Welcome! Let me share what led to the creation of The Mindset Evolution…
Growing up, I was reminded daily about how it only takes a single moment in which one’s voice is silenced or overshadowed by the voices of others, to transform a life forever. From running around freely, happily, and fulfilled, with their whole lives ahead of them to feeling trapped, unheard, unseen and stuck in arranged marriages was where some of the most significant women in my life found themselves. The most valuable life teaching that these women shared with me was to protect and nurture my most valuable and sacred possession which was my voice to create the life that I desired.
As a result of witnessing the daily struggles these women faced, I also realized how a single moment like this can slowly lead to the diminishing of trust in one’s own inner voice and inner guidance, resulting in their path and journey through life to be determined by others, as well as increased feelings of worthlessness and powerlessness. For me, standing guard to the door of my mind was my highest priority, to develop a mindset that allowed me to show up in every space as my truest authentic self, and live life on my own terms by being guided from within.
Mission became to create safe spaces for the amplification of all voices…
This led me to obtain a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Over the past 15 years, I have supported individuals through some of their most difficult and challenging times of need. Throughout this time, a recurring and highly prevalent theme was that most of the individuals that I was supporting were also deeply disconnected from their own inner voice and inner calling. Therefore, they felt lost, confused, stuck, overwhelmed, and lacked self-belief, self-worth and self-confidence. They also felt as if they were not leading a self-directed, purposeful and intentional life.
I centered my work on supporting individuals to reunite with their own voice and inner calling to become the architects of their own life. I instilled in them the belief that they can make the decision to course-correct at any time if they envision a different life for themselves. I also supported them in embracing and nurturing their unique intricacies and resiliency, to unleash their inner gifts into the world, while ensuring that they wholeheartedly felt heard, seen, valued and reminded that their unique light was much needed in this world.
